2. The Service

Turnup is a social platform for discovering events and showing attendance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account activity
• You must not impersonate others
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you post, including event details, images, and descriptions. You grant Turnup a non-exclusive right to display this content within the app for operational and promotional purposes.

5. Public Events & Attendance

• All events are public
• Attendance (Going / Interested) is visible to others
• Turnup does not guarantee event accuracy or attendance outcomes
• Event organizers are responsible for their events.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Abuse, harass, or mislead others
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service

7. No Guarantees

Turnup is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee event quality, attendance numbers, or availability/uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnup is not liable for lost data, missed events, user interactions, or indirect/consequential damages. Use the app at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using Turnup at any time. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
